How to prepare for a mental-health appointment
A short note can help when finding words feels difficult.

Three practical points
- Write the changes you have noticed and how they affect sleep, work, relationships or daily tasks.
- List medicines, substances and previous support you feel able to discuss.
- Ask about options, follow-up and what to do if you feel worse before the next appointment.
In the Philippines, contact your usual health center, pharmacist or appropriate clinician for individual advice. Service availability and fees vary; ask the provider directly.
