How to organize your women's health questions
A short agenda helps you use a clinic visit well, especially when several concerns compete for attention.

Three practical points
- Put the most important concern first and describe its effect on everyday life.
- Bring relevant results and a current medicine list. Decide whether you want a support person with you.
- Ask for a plain-language explanation of proposed examinations, alternatives and follow-up.
In the Philippines, contact your usual health center, pharmacist or appropriate clinician for individual advice. Service availability and fees vary; ask the provider directly.
