How to make a health goal you can actually review
A useful goal describes an action you can see, not a promise to transform your body.

Three practical points
- Write one action, one time and one place: for example, a short walk after lunch on three chosen days.
- Keep a simple tick-box record. Add a note about what helped or got in the way.
- At the end of the week, keep the workable parts and adjust the difficult parts without treating missed days as failure.
In the Philippines, contact your usual health center, pharmacist or appropriate clinician for individual advice. Service availability and fees vary; ask the provider directly.
