How to talk about a private health concern
You are allowed to ask for a private conversation and use ordinary words.

Three practical points
- Start with one sentence: 'I have noticed a change and would like advice.' Explain when it started.
- If speaking is difficult, show a written note. Ask who will be present and how your information is handled.
- Before leaving, confirm the next step, likely costs and how to receive any results.
In the Philippines, contact your usual health center, pharmacist or appropriate clinician for individual advice. Service availability and fees vary; ask the provider directly.
