How to prepare for a private sexual-health visit
You can ask direct questions without having to use technical language.

Three practical points
- Write the concern, relevant dates and any symptoms you want to discuss.
- Ask about confidentiality, available tests, costs and how results are handled.
- Tell the clinician about pregnancy possibility and medicines if relevant.
In the Philippines, contact your usual health center, pharmacist or appropriate clinician for individual advice. Service availability and fees vary; ask the provider directly.
