How to organize heart-health medicines
An organized list is more valuable than a box full of unidentified tablets.

Practical steps
- Record each medicine's name, strength and prescribed schedule.
- Ask the pharmacist which items must remain in original packaging before using an organiser.
- Keep a current copy for appointments and a secure backup for travel.
In the Philippines, contact your usual health center, pharmacist or appropriate clinician for individual advice. Service availability and fees vary; ask the provider directly.
